A: A game or console must be at least 20 years old to be considered "retro" in our eyes.
Q: Do You Sell Retro Consoles?
A: Yes, you can either e-mail us about buying one or buy one in person at our store.

A: No, we are a small, independently owned store and have been since 2021.
Q: Do you repair/clean consoles?
A: Yes, we repair/clean consoles no matter how damaged/dirty they are. Check out our "Services" page for more information.

A: Sure, if we don't have a specific game in our catalog or in our store, you can make a request and we'll try to get it in stock as soon as possible.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have a two week (14 Day) "You'll Love It Or Your Money Back!" policy.
Q: Do you have Xbox 360/Playstation 3/Nintendo Wii games in stock?
A: No, not yet. We aim to have early seventh generation console games in stock by early 2027.
